A Reflection on 2024 & the Power of Self-Care

2024 was a year of growth, challenges, and deep lessons for us at Purple Light Healing. One of the biggest wake-up calls came through Jenny’s health journey. As someone devoted to helping others heal, she suddenly found herself in a position where she needed healing. And that changed everything.

For so many of us—healers, coaches, caregivers, and service-driven souls—it’s easy to put everyone else first. We pour our energy into guiding others, supporting their breakthroughs, and holding space for transformation. But what happens when we run empty? When the healer needs healing, when the guide needs direction, and when the strong one feels too tired to keep holding it all together?

Jenny’s recovery journey was a powerful reminder of a truth we often overlook:
